What if the item I am looking for is not shown on your website?
All the styles that we have in stock are listed on the website, if it's not available then we have unfortunately sold out. Many of our essential styles are replenished regularly however seasonal styles or monthly collections are limited edition. You can contact us to find out if we can order more of the stock in that you are looking for. If you would like to request we place an order on a specific item more immediately please be aware this will carry and extra shipping charge of £5.
· Can I order by phone or email?
Absolutely. Please contact us by phone or email to discuss an item and place an order. A payment link for your purchase will be sent to your phone via text or your email account. Once payment is received the item will be shipped to you.
· What form of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards and Apple Pay.
· Is it safe to use my credit card on bodywelltherapy.co.uk?
Yes! Shopping on our website is completely secure.
· What if my credit card shows multiple charges?
In the unlikely event that you have been charged more than once for your purchase please contact us via phone or email. Please note, the payment page will only process the payment once. If you see multiple charges on your card then you may have:
a) clicked 'submit' more than once at the checkout stage due to poor internet connection
b) moved back to update and/or change your order or details
· How do I use a promotional code?
The promotional code must be entered in the 'promotion code' box at the cart stage of your checkout, then click 'go'. If the promotion has been applied it will then be visible in your updated cart total. Please note only one promotion can be entered per transaction
· Can I make a change to an existing order?
Once your order has been placed and you have received your order confirmation, you cannot cancel or amend your order. If you wish to exchange or return your order please refer to the Returns and Exchange policy.
· Where is my order?
You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your order has been placed. Please allow 3 business days for dispatch.
· How can I track the status of my order?

· Can I cancel my order?
Once you have placed your order and received your order confirmation, your order cannot be cancelled or amended. If you wish to exchange or return your order, please refer to the Returns and Exchange Policy.
· Do you pay for return shipping?
Bodywell Active does not offer free returns. For faulty or damaged products please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review, we will credit the cost of postage back to you. We will not take any responsibility for returns lost in transit so please use a trackable postage service.
