Active Therapy Sessions

Physiotherapy management of musculoskeletal pain and injury encompasses a variety of techniques. Sometimes we need to focus a little bit more on the active component of your treatment, over the more passive modalities such as massage and mobilisation.

These treatment sessions are conducted Down Under, in our exercise and rehabilitation base at 31 Argyle Place. You will be guided safely through different exercises to help you and your body unlearn, and then relearn efficient movement patterns that load the body appropriately and effectively, actively managing your injury.

 

Strong Girls Club

Join this community of women and participate in a regular functional strength training program and be supported and encouraged on your journey to improved health. There are so many benefits for women to engage in regular strength training sessions. Clinical Pilates

Carly has been trained to teach this adapted form of pilates for a more patient specific approach. You don’t have to already be a patient at Bodywell Nation to benefit from this therapeutic approach, but it is an ideal form of training if you have a history of or are currently managing an injury or musculoskeletal pain. Bodywell Nation patients are welcome to join this class as part of their overall management. New patients will require a physiotherapy assessment first to prioritise your needs and identify your problems areas.
